I was skeptical because I have tried about a dozen different grill pans in the 18 months, but none have really worked. Great product This was chosen by the equipment testers at “America’s Test Kitchen”/”Cooks’ Country” and I saw it reviewed and rated on one of their PBS shows. They rated it highest. It is a really efficient way to grill vegetables.
