If there is any motion detected, the light will turn into bright mode for 10 seconds. It is very easy to put up with included screws. Wonderful solar powered night light for the yard! Been testing this out the past few days and nights. I have it on the side of my house so when taking out the trash and the dogs go to the bathroom they have some light. The light is extremely bright and with 6-8 hours of sunlight charging it up it easily lasts all night. The screws and set screws that come with the packaging work for wood or drywall without any issues. I did not try into stucco or brick as I didn’t need to. They look nice and you can put them just about anywhere I have two their first generation lights that I have been using for 10 months now and they still work perfectly. These new second generation lights are very similar to the original lights except for a few changes have been made. It’s slightly larger to accommodate more LED bulbs.
