Cheap Package, Cheap Product I received this gate the first time with two busted spindles and the top of one of the pieces cracked. The product was loose in a cheesy cardboard box. I called the company directly and they offered to send another one free of charge. I received the second gate with the same poor packaging but was able to piece together the two shipments into a whole gate without defects. This product does work for my two 7 lb. pomeranians, but anything larger could hop right over. Very cheaply made and would not recommend.
Cheap This was the most expensive piece of crap I’ve ever bought. I don’t know why I even considered buying this product given the price and the shipping cost, but I took the chance and was greatly disappointed. The picture on the box is deceiving. It’s a lot smaller (SHORTER) than I expected. I should have paid more attention to the actual measurements. I’ll definitely know better for next time. I would not recommend to anyone!!!!
