This is a good pump,very easy to clean and works well. This is my second one after 6 years which isn’t bad since it runs continuous and I abuse it regularly by having the filter clogged. This pump draws 600watts so it costs about a dollar a day to operate (.10 KWH). I considered a more expensive pump that draws less current but my current plumbing situation is more favorable to using this. If you are starting from scratch and not confined to the Savio skimmer and run 24 hours I would buy…
