The flow of water is determined by the amount of light that hits the solar panel. The flow will decrease greatly during cloudy or overcast conditions. There is NO BATTERY included so it will automatically turn off when there is not enough light 2. Upon connecting solar panel to pump, BE SURE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE TERMINALS ON QUICK CONNECTOR ALIGN. 3. Threaded outlet cannot be connected to a garden hose. 4. Does not include a filter box. Filter inside pump can be removed and cleaned. 5. Be sure this is the appropriate amount of water flow for your project. It may be too much volume for a small bowl/container or too little if you are trying to create a large scale river or waterfall. 6. Tubing not included.
