The backlight will flash Blue once the temperature increases 10˚F, will change to Green when the temperature is within 15˚F of the set temperature and will turn Red when it reaches the set temperature.

3. Temperature range of probe: 15.8˚F to 482˚F (-9˚C to 250˚C), ±1.5°F/0.8°C accuracy.

4. The 4″ food grade stainless steel probe with step-down tip design to get temperature more precisely and quickly.

Cooking thermometer is programmed with preset temperatures for various cooking levels recommended by USDA – Program, ground beef, ground poultry, BEEF, VEAL, chicken, PORK, poultry, LAMB, FISH; All Preprogrammed Temperatures can be reprogrammed to set cooking temperatures to suit your personal taste.

9. 40″ probe wires are heat resistant to 716°F (380˚C).

10. The receiver will turn off automatically if it hasn’t receive the temperature signal from the transmitter for more than 30 minutes, A beep will sound for one minute before it shuts down. However, the Auto Off feature will be automatically disabled if the timer is running.

11. The transmitter will turn off automatically if the temperature measured is always lower than 50˚C (122°F) in 120 minutes.

12. Receiver is splash proof.

13. 4*AAA battery pre-installed with 18 months battery life time in normal use.
