Pump is much more powerful than advertised. This pump is not labeled well on its description or its packaging. It states that it is a 1200 GPH pump, when it is actually a 1650 GPH pump. The 1200 GPH label is really for when you have at least 5 feet of lift. While this might be fine for a larger pond, our pond doesn’t need anything larger than the 1200 GPH, which is what this is advertised as.
