Solar flagpole LED Product came with a screw loose and no paper protecting battery charge. Virtually no instructions and a push button on/off switch. At this point, since there is no charge, there is no way to know if you have pushed it to on or to off. I am trying to charge the thing–finally some sunshine–but don’t know if that part is on or off either. If something doesn’t show up in the way of light in next few days, I plan to return the product. Another example of Chinese technology!Well, I got the thing installed. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked fine after a full day of sunshine. The clamp is for a flagpole with a larger diameter than mine ( I blocked it out) and the directions that go with the unit are, as said earlier. are not as complete as would be good, but so far the unit is working.
Solar Flagpole Lights I mouted my light 12ft. below my flags ! I can’t see any differce before or after the lights. I’m tolally disguisted!
Excellent Product and store This is a great store to purchase from superior customer service. I had an issue with a factory defect that I didn’t figure out for 6 months after I purchased the product because it took longer to install my flag pole than normal. The return policy said no returns after 30 days but after contacting Amazon and the company they were very fast to do whatever it took to make it right. I was issued a refund super fast and would recommend this seller to everyone. Thank you for your excellent customer service they could have easily taken my money and ran because I didn’t check the product but they went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
